Please note that delivery in the Eastern States may take up to 14 calendar days to be received. If you haven't received your order after 14 days, please contact us, be sure to include your order number for prompt service.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most orders ship in 1 - 3 business days, however, larger orders may take four days for ready shipment. Shipping origin is Los Angeles, CA.

TRACKING INFORMATION.
It may take up to four business days to receive your tracking number. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via email promptly after your tracking number becomes available. Please note that your tracking number will be valid, however, your package may take a few additional days to appear in the UPS system.
You can always check the status of your order via the url included in your order confirmation email.

SHIPPING COST TO CANADA.
Shipping cost to Canada will be stated on each ad.
Canada Post is available for orders shipping to Canada. Rates include shipping, handling, duties and GST. Shipments dispatch weekly on Thursday. Orders must be received by Tuesday, 9:00 p.m. PST in order to ship the same week. Please allow three weeks for delivery.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/ FPO, ALASKA, HAWAII & US TERRITORIES
Shipping cost for these locations are stated on each item page. Shipping to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and United States Territories.
USPS Priority Mail is available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses.
Orders shipping APO/FPO do not receive tracking numbers.

ORDER CANCELLAIONS & NON-DELIVERABLE ORDERS.
Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders
We cannot cancel or adjust your order as we utilize automated ordering systems. If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee is incurred.

RETURN POLICY?
How to Return Orders
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, PLEASE READ DAMAGE CLAIMS FIRST.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 20% restocking fee is charged on non-defective merchandise. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and show no wear. Return the product in the original product box inside an adequate shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. We must RECEIVE the package within 5 days from purchase date. Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise. If you need assistance please email. Please note that packages that have exceeded the five day period will be returned C.O.D..

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED?
Damage Claims
Inspect your merchandise upon arrival, please email me within 24hours after delivery. I will then send you a Damage Claim Form to fill out.
Please note that damage claims must be submitted all at once. We will not replace or refund more than once per invoice. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. Do not return the items yourself and incur return shipping costs.
All items with a value of $25.00 or more and/or excessive damage claims will require an emailed photo of the damage for immediate replacement. If you are unable to furnish a photo, you may request a pre-paid return label, once we have received the merchandise, we will ship a replacement. Please note this process takes approximately three weeks.

HOW TO ORDER TO RECEIVE SHIPPING DISCOUNTS.
If you would like to order multiple items - send an email with the items, your name, address.
We will then send you a recalculated invoice to reflect the shipping discounts.
